There is a paradigm convergence occurring on the WEB, the paradigms of hypertext, multimedia, object-oriented computing, and adaptive interactivity have converged to form hyperadaptivity, a synergistic paradigm that carry the WEB to its maximum potential. Hyperadaptivity will provide the user/creator, for the user becomes a creator, a fully interactive multisensory naturalistic information space. This will be a powerful augmentative mind tool, that will allow the collaborative exploration and creation of interconnected information spaces. Hyperadaptivity also encompasses the creation of intelligent information spaces that interact with the user at a deep level.

Properly designed hyperadaptive sites will fully engage and evolve with the user/creator at every level, more so when we have the bandwidth to support full VR. Even without VR, hyperadaptivity has the potential to create intellectually and emotionally intense information spaces.

However, we do have to be able to let go of our original creation and place it in the hands of the Internet community. The process of that letting go is to design the site in such a way that it is easy for the user to create. Those who can't let go should remember, that any HTML savvy user can steal your fire.
